6/11/2013 4:38 PM This isn't the first problem with this company but will be the last. From the first day until the last with a bad service, below is the description of all mistakes.
We purchase some bearings from Wafangdian Hwami Bearing Group Co.,Ltd in contact with Ms. Sunny that they had on stock. After the confirmation and payment they took around 15 days to dispatch. On
the import process to Brasil, by one mistake from Ms Sunny, the customs
hold on the goods. After assuming the error, they told me they would be
sending more pieces that were in stock, so I agreed. 2 days later Sunny
communicated me that the bearings would be dispatched only in 1 month.
So I decide to cancel the order and asked the money back. Unfortunately Ms Sunny only make promises about give the money back and nothing happens. Hope they make something with this post, because I lost money, lost my customer and lost my time on that.

exactly the reason we only use XLB - I dont care how much cheaper other
chinese companies are I want good service, high quality and we have
good long history

China, there are also good companies, but most of them do not reach the
quality requirements that many European and American Companies expect. Any
company who imports bearings from China will be found at least once in a
variety of problems: product quality, delivery not respected (you will
be informed of the delays only when you remind deliveries), bearing
types received that are different from those ordered, etc.
You have to be with a thousand eyes on your Chinese supplier and sometimes it is not enough to have no problems.

brand has branch factories in our city such as ZWZ SKF RKB and so on
famous brand ,here has much bearing factories can supply good quality
bearings.
We do export for many years, also our cutomer around
the world. if we have problem we will try our best improve it. and let
all the customer satisfy with us, we hope can do happy and good busienss
with all the customers.
